LUCTEC, the polyurethane elastomer for high friction applications, with high strength and an excellent solvent resistance!
Mechanical strength and toughness of LUCTEC materials are among the highest possible for polyurethane elastomers. This is combined with extremely high friction levels and a very good resistance against mineral oils, greases and many solvents. Due to this combination of properties LUCTEC is the preferred material for bridle and tension rollers, drive wheels as well as friction pads. LUCTEC is available in hardness’s from 40 to 95 Shore A.

LUCTEC-CA
Very good solvent resistance (paint) compared to standard LUCTEC. Available from 40 to 70 Shore A.
LUCTEC-TF
Extremely high toughness, in combination with highest friction levels. Available from 60 to 95 Shore A.
LUCTEC-DT
Enhanced dynamic load bearing capacity, in combination with the highest friction levels. Available from 70 to 95 Shore A.
