LUCPREEN, the classic high-performance polyurethane elastomer suitable for many different industrial applications, both static as well as dynamic!
A unique combination of properties makes the LUCPREEN material very versatile and suitable for many different industrial applications. High mechanical strength, good chemical resistance against water as well as mineral oils and greases, but on top of that also high resilience, good fatigue properties and suitable for a broad temperature range from -40°C to +120°C. LUCPREEN is used for a broad range of roller and wheel coverings as well as moulded parts for all kind of applications. LUCPREEN is available in hardness’s from 80 Shore A to 75 Shore D.

LUCPREEN-HT
With an increased temperature stability, up to 120°C. Available from 80 to 95°A.
LUCPREEN-DT
With an enhanced dynamic load-bearing capacity. Available from 95 Shore A to 75 Shore D.
Most LUCPREEN grades can be supplied with a constant surface roughness (CR) or an anti-adhesive (non-sticking) surface. Fiberglass reinforced (GV) versions are also possible.
