LUCOLLAN
LUCOLLAN, the polyurethane elastomer for high operational loads, with a low rolling resistance and excellent wear properties!
Compared to other polyurethane systems, LUCOLLAN materials have a much higher load-bearing capacity, in combination with lower hysteresis, but still the same elasticity. This leads to a lower rolling resistance and lower heat build-up at high loads and high speeds. Good wear and tear properties as well as a low compression set are further strengths. Due to these characteristics, LUCOLLAN is the preferred material for covering heavy duty wheels and rollers for various applications, as well as moulded parts for high wear applications. LUCOLLAN is available in hardness’s from 37 Shore A to 55 Shore D.
Special grades within the LUCOLLAN group of materials.
LUCOLLAN-S
Even lower rolling resistance and an improved (salt) water resistance compared to the standard LUCOLLAN. Available from 80 to 98 Shore A.
A number of LUCOLLAN and LUCOLLAN-S grades can be supplied with a constant surface roughness (CR) or with antistatic properties (AS).
